Whenever I am down or feeling ...Oh your soo right. Whenever I am down or feeling defeated I do just this. It ALWAYS lifts my spirits and makes me feel better. There truly is ALWAYS something to be thankful for. My blood pressure can shoot all over the charts. Always has. Anxiety for me plays a huge role. Hate that about myself, but seem powerless to control it. Glad yours is all under control. I quit taking mine at home as it just seemed to be making things worse. I'd get a high reading, panic and run to the doc who then got a normal one...sigh. So I have just had to give that over to the Lord and do the best I can. They check me every couple of months.
