You are so right...after all He said don't be concerned about tomorrow today has enough problems of it's own...Staying in the moment is hard sometimes but I am trying to set this as a goal....After all, today is all we may have.....

I have slowly become better at that delete thing. I'm not as good as I ought to be, but I'm not as bad as I was.
I agree. Sometimes we have to ask ourselves why we are giving our time and energy to certain things and choose wisely.
