July was about family, those close and those far away
There were moments of laughter and tears
It was about trusting God
Much grace was poured on us through it all, the Lord has been faithful in so many ways
It was the month we said good-bye to my father-in law
This photo was taken July 2010, it represented three generations, my father-in-law, my husband and sons.

Those are priceless...those moments when God proves Himself faithful, even though we have known that He is!
I am so sorry to hear of your father-in-law's passing. Those are hard times. I don't think we're ever really ready to say good-bye to the ones we love. We must simply trust God that His timing is perfect. My own father-in-law passed away rather suddenly in July 2011...yes, hard times. May God continue to show His grace to your family...
Thank you for "gathering" and for sharing these moments, both the happy and the sad. Hugs...
I too am sorry to hear about the passing of your father-in-law. And I agree with Cheryl. No matter what the age it is never easy to say good-bye. Praying the God wraps His arms of comfort around you all, and your memories are sweet and lasting. HUGS
I so sorry to hear about loss! Praying for an extra dose of grace and mercy for your family. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
So sorry for your loss. Losing our dear loved ones is hard to take, even though we know they are with God. We miss them.

Laughter and grief. They run so close together. God is merciful to have provided both for us. Your loss is painful and I am sorry for it. May your hearts know peace as you move forward.
My heart aches for your loss, dear Maryann. But my heart also rejoices to know you have such sweet, precious memories. Thinking of you! Love and hugs being sent your way!
Oh, what precious memories must be filling your heart and I know they will bring comfort as well. Thinking of you with prayers during this time.
