The title of this blog comes from one of my favorite hymns."It is Well With My Soul"
When peace like a river attendeth my way
When sorrows like sea billows roll, Whatever my lot, Thou has taught me to say
It is well, it is well, with my soul
This has always been such a favorite psalm...so very comforting and encouraging. Thank you so much for the book, Maryann. I received it today. You are a dear sister. Love, Sandy
Yes, bless him for who He is and what He does ~ sometimes a scripture passage has a different meaning to me since I had surgery 3 years ago, and these verses paint a word picture that fits my stage in life now. In reading some of your earlier posts when you first were diagnosed, I realize we have a lot in common; years of marriage, number of children and grands, and life-changing physical situations (mine was not life-threatening) and our faith strengthened by it all. I like the way you write, Maryann, and I am encouraged by your words. I have been blah about blogging lately, so perhaps your words will encourage me to get back to it more. Praises for your MRI results ans His blessings.
