Think On These Things

There is a lot of things right now that are competing for my attention, causing me to feel a bit discouraged and even concerned, things that I have no control over. My temptation is to fret and and let my imagination go wild, I can be my own worst enemy, so instead I try to remember truth

The kings heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will
Proverbs 21:1 (The Lord is in control)

The Lord has established his throne in the heavens; and his sovereignty rules over all  Psalm 103:19
(The Lord is in control)

Finally brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things   Philippians 4:8
