Promises

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.  Isaiah 40:28-31

Not an unfamiliar verse but one that spoke to my weary soul today...perhaps it will speak to yours.

This is one of my favorite portions of scripture. It is always uplifting to my spirit.

May you be strengthened today and feel God's love and peace flowing through and surrounding you.

Beautiful photo and wonderful Bible quote. We read that this past Sunday morning in church...we are reading through the Bible together in morning and evening services...we are in Isaiah in the morning right now. It doesn't seem to matter how familiar a verse like this is...it always is a blessing, don't you think? Love and hugs to you my friend! Camille
