Tea Party Birthday

Little Miss celebrated her fourth birthday recently with a Princess Tea Party.  Her mom and dad  decorated their house with balloons, ribbons and what seemed like five pounds of confetti. Got to love a mom that doesn't worry about the mess of confetti (and it was a mess, but what fun) We all helped with the clean up after the party but I think they will be finding confetti for months....I even found some in MY bathroom the next day??? Stowaways! The dishes used for the Tea Party were thrift store pieces that had been collected through the years...nothing matches but that's part of the fun. I got the privilege of  helping transform Little Miss into a princess before the party. (big thanks to DIL for letting me do that...too much fun)

This is Little Miss at my grandson T-Ball game. She loves "wishing flowers" (dandelions) and picks them whenever she sees them...a typical little girl.

What a fun time! 4 is such a fun age! My oldest daughter is too much of a tomboy to be interested in a tea party, but my youngest granddaughter is a real girly girl, and I'm hoping for a princess-themed tea party birthday.

This is just precious. I love nothing more than little girls and their princess adventures. That is a well documented fact. (Big girl princess adventures are favorites too.)

And that last photo is awesome. It should be framed.
